Browsing and joining events is free for participants. Organizations pay per published event, or subscribe to Premium for unlimited events. Draft events are free to prepare before you pay to publish.
Pay per event when you publish (see plans above), or Premium monthly for unlimited events plus team roles, RSVP invites, and bulk email. Premium checkout is available on the plans page when Paddle is configured.
You pay the organization directly (for example via GCash, bank transfer or their payment link). Xpedr doesn't process or hold the payment — the organization confirms your spot once you've paid.
Anyone. Create an organization and you become the owner. You can then invite managers and staff to help run events without sharing billing access.
We focus on hiking, races, and outdoor adventures, but the platform works for indoor events too — workshops, classes, meetups, and conferences. Choose Workshop or Other as the activity type, set your venue in the location fields, and use registration, waivers, paid tiers, and check-in the same way. Trail stats and route mapping are optional extras when they apply.
Owners control the org profile and billing. Managers and staff help run events — team roles are included with Premium. You choose who gets what.
