Terms of Service

1. The platform

Xpedr is a listing and registration tool. Organizations and their staff are responsible for their events — including schedules, safety, capacity, pricing, refunds, and compliance with local laws. We do not run events on your behalf and we are not a party to agreements between organizations and participants.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

3. Organization responsibilities

• Publish truthful event information and update it when details change.
• Honor registrations you accept and communicate clearly with attendees.
• Collect entry fees off-platform unless and until we offer integrated payments — you handle payment collection, refunds, and tax obligations yourself.
• Obtain any permits, insurance, waivers, or safety measures required for your activity.
• Do not use Xpedr for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful events.

4. Participant responsibilities

Register only if you intend to attend (or follow the organization’s stated cancellation policy). Assess your own fitness and readiness for each activity. Follow event instructions and local rules. You participate in events at your own risk.

5. Content

You retain ownership of content you post (event descriptions, photos, reviews, comments). You grant us a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute that content on Xpedr for the purpose of operating the service. Do not post content that is illegal, infringing, harassing, or misleading.

6. Membership & fees

Organization membership plans and any platform fees are described on our Plans page. Plan limits and features may change with notice. Entry fees for individual events are set by organizations and are separate from any Xpedr subscription.

7. Disclaimer

Xpedr is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accurate third-party content, or specific outcomes from any event. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or attendance at events listed on it.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in-app notice where appropriate.
